Whether you are going through a disciplinary, facing redundancy or trying to work through a grievance at work, our HR advice service for employees can help.
Whatever the challenge, you don't have to face things alone.
Resolving conflict in the workplace can be difficult. As HR specialists we can help guide you through the process and support you every step of the way. Most importantly, we can help you gain peace of mind that a satisfactory resolution can be found.
Our HR advice for employees includes;
- Dealing with disciplinaries
- Absence through sickness
- Pay and salary disputes
- Flexible working
- Discrimination at work
Firstly, we'll review your case and identify the issues. Further, we can draft any correspondence - this could be the necessary letters to outline your complaint or a response to an allegation. Most importantly, we'll help you to get you back in control of the situation.
